Is there a free (trial) version of Misterine Studio?
A. Yes, we have a free version of Misterine Studio. Please complete the user registration at https://public.misterine.com first. You will receive an email from us shortly – download link for Misterine Studio is in the email.
Q.
What are the differences between free version and licensed version of Misterine Studio?
A. Free version allows you only to privately publish 1 process through your computer, or to publicly publish unlimited number of processes to our public server. If you want to have your own private server, license is required. We have license plans both for business and academic – please contact us for further information.
Q.
Can you create AR contents on my behalf?
A. Yes, we can. If you have a 3D model, we can create AR contents for you in a few days. If you do not have a 3D model, we will also need to create necessary 3D models, which will require additional days. Please contact us for more information.

Is Misterine Studio an online tool?
A. No, Misterine Studio is a desktop application for Windows. We will not upload your work online mainly for security reasons.

Which languages does the Misterine Studio support?
A. Misterine Studio is available in English, Japanese and Czech. We are planning to add other languages in the future according to the needs.

A. Misterine Studio is available only in Windows.

Can I create 3D models in Misterine Studio?
A. No, you cannot create 3D models in Misterine Studio. Please create a 3D model in another software and import it. Some of the frequently-used tools (drivers, etc.) and pictograms (arrows, etc.) are already installed in Misterine Studio.

Can I export 3D models from Misterine Studio?
A. No, it is not possible to export 3D models from Misterine Studio.

Can I use my own server instead of the cloud server?
A. Yes, you can. We have a license plan for on-premises server. Please contact us for more information on server specification.

Is there a free demo of the Misterine App that I can play?
A. Yes, you can download the Misterine App from App Store or Google Play. Our app is completely free to use, and we have many AR demos at https://misterine.com/ar-demos for you.

Which device models are compatible with the Misterine App?
A. Misterine App is available both for iOS and Android devices which support AR. AR-supported devices are 5th generation or later for iOS, and the Android devices listed on the Google’s website (https://developers.google.com/ar/devices) .
